Emergency Nurse (RN) in Santa Ana, CA

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients presenting with urgent and acute medical conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions according to protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient histories, symptoms, and treatments accurately and promptly
• Educate patients and families on care plans and follow-up procedures
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment adhering to clinical standards

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
• Proven experience working in an Emergency Room setting
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple critical cases simultaneously
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
