An exciting opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Emergency Room experience to provide critical care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients presenting with urgent and acute medical conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions according to protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient histories, symptoms, and treatments accurately and promptly
- Educate patients and families on care plans and follow-up procedures
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment adhering to clinical standards
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
- Proven experience working in an Emergency Room setting
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple critical cases simultaneously
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
