An exciting opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Emergency Room experience to provide critical care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency room, assessing, monitoring, and responding to medical emergencies.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, healthcare team members, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Proven experience working in an Emergency Room setting.
- Excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
