Serving approximately 5-6 patients daily, you will bring your home health and hospice nursing expertise to support individuals in their own homes, fostering comfort and independence.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with proven home health and hospice nursing experience
• Familiarity with home health documentation systems, preferably HCHB
• Reliable vehicle for patient visits throughout Franklin/Macon County
• Ability to maintain professional appearance: navy or navy/white scrubs required for nursing staff
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care
