- Coordinate and implement patient care plans tailored to pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings to ensure timely and effective interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain seamless critical care operations.
- Maintain professional standards and compliance with all hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum two years of critical care nursing experience.
- Proficient in telemetry monitoring and critical care equipment.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt care plans to diverse patient needs.
