The unit offers a dynamic patient ratio system designed to balance quality care and workload, supported by secretarial staff during peak hours.

Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license with ICU experience
- Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
- Proven skills in advanced assessment and critical thinking
- Expertise in managing vasoactive drips and critical interventions
- Experience with central line or PICC line placements and chest tube insertions
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care in accord with unit standards, including bedside shift reports, hourly rounding, and active participation in leadership rounds
- Utilizing Meditech for accurate documentation
- Adhering to scheduled rotations, including weekend and holiday shifts based on staffing status (FT, PT, PRN)
- Following floating policies when applicable, serving occasionally on the Telemetry Unit
- Maintaining professionalism and adhering to the designated dress code, fostering a unified and professional environment
