Qualifications / Desired Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU or MICU nursing experience
• Active RN license for Kentucky or a compact license eligible for practice in KY
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Experience using Meditech EMR system
• Ability to manage care confidently in a critical care environment with a 1:2 patient ratio

Responsibilities / Duties

• Provide comprehensive nursing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for critically ill patients
• Monitor patient conditions closely, responding promptly to changes in status
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records through Meditech EMR
• Adhere to established clinical protocols and safety standards
