Provide critical care nursing expertise in a dynamic intensive care unit serving a well-established 167-bed hospital with Level III Trauma Center designation. This role offers the opportunity to apply your Registered Nurse ICU skills in a facility known for delivering quality healthcare to Gallatin, Hendersonville, and surrounding communities for over six decades.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in the ICU, monitoring patient status and responding to emergencies with clinical proficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with hospital policies.
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
- Support patient and family education to promote recovery and health maintenance.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with ICU certification.
- Proven experience in an intensive care setting, demonstrating critical thinking and advanced patient care skills.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Required certifications must be completed prior to starting assignment; additional certifications may be mandated.
- Willingness to comply with state-specific regulations, including Tennessee Abuse Registry screening.
Job Type: Contract assignment with orientation offered weekly on Mondays.
This contract position requires candidates to be located at least 60 miles from Gallatin or willing to travel. Orientation and assignment begin soon after placement, with a client committed to ongoing professional standards and patient-centered care.
