Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and life support.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Continuously assess patient conditions, interpret diagnostic data, and adjust treatments accordingly.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure patient safety and compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families during critical phases of care.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

  • Current RN license with verified ICU nursing experience.
  • Strong understanding of advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) protocols and critical care procedures.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in high-stress and dynamic environments.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
