Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse in Lorain, OH

An opportunity is available for a registered nurse with critical care experience to provide high-quality patient care in an intensive care unit setting. Schedule/Hours:

• Night Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities or Duties:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in all inpatient areas, including ICU, Stepdown, and Medical/Surgical units.
• Float between UH Lake West Medical Center and UH Tripoint Medical Center as required.
• Manage patient care effectively with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4.
• Monitor critical patient conditions, administer medication, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care plans.

Qualifications or Desired Experience:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with ICU experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with acute and critically ill patients.
• Flexibility to float across inpatient units and provide care in diverse settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
