Intensive Care RN | Mentor, Ohio

A registered nurse with ICU experience is needed for a rewarding contract opportunity based in Mentor, OH. This role involves providing high-quality patient care across various inpatient units, delivering critical support during night shifts.

Location:

Schedule/Hours:

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in ICU, Stepdown, and Medical/Surgical units
• Float across all inpatient areas including two medical centers to meet patient care needs
• Manage nurse-to-patient ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:6
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care adhering to established protocols and standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive patient outcomes

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with ICU experience
• Ability to adapt to various inpatient environments and floating assignments
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
