Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Rhode Island
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Strong experience in ICU nursing with critical care skills
- Ability to float between units up to three times per shift as needed
- Comfort working within a unionized hospital environment, understanding float policies
