Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Rhode Island
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Strong experience in ICU nursing with critical care skills
• Ability to float between units up to three times per shift as needed
• Comfort working within a unionized hospital environment, understanding float policies
