Qualifications and Requirements
- Current RN license with specialized experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing
- EPIC electronic health record experience is mandatory—please indicate this upon application
- Must have or be able to obtain New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate prior to assignment start
- Ability to comply with a comprehensive 14-panel drug screening process per facility requirements, completed within 24 hours of offer acceptance
- Completion of required onboarding and clearance training with either the Welle or CPI programs (verbal de-escalation training included)
- Ability to adhere to dress code: personal scrubs without designs or cartoons, no hoodies
- Willingness to note and verify any requested time off before assignment confirmation (maximum of 5 days requested time off allowed)
- COVID-19 vaccination is encouraged but not required

- Deliver exceptional ICU nursing care, utilizing critical thinking and advanced clinical skills to manage complex patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment planning and patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC electronic health records
