A critical care nursing opportunity is available for experienced Registered Nurses skilled in ICU settings, located in Warwick, Rhode Island. Qualifications & Experience

• Current Rhode Island RN license
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Proven experience working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as an RN

Shift & Schedule Details

• 36 to 48-hour night shifts
• Travelers assigned a home unit but may be floated up to three times per shift, with staffing assessments every 4 hours
• Union contract requires travelers to float first

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive critical care nursing in the ICU, delivering high-quality patient-centered care
• Monitor patients’ medical status and respond to emergencies with clinical precision
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Adapt quickly to floating assignments and varying patient acuity levels within the unit
