A leadership opportunity is available for an experienced nursing professional to oversee operations at a growing home infusion care location. This role offers the chance to shape a startup site, acquire and manage patients initially, and establish a strong clinical and operational foundation, supported by a team of direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage nursing staff at a home infusion care center.
  • Acquire patients and develop patient care protocols in the startup phase.
  • Oversee quality assurance, compliance, and clinical standards.
  • Supervise and support a team of four nursing and administrative direct reports.
  • Maintain strong clinical involvement while transitioning to a leadership focus.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Registered Nurse licensure with a minimum of five years practicing within the nursing scope.
  • At least two years of management experience in home infusion therapy, home health, or a related healthcare setting.
  • Minimum two years supervising nursing professionals and healthcare personnel.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage both clinical and administrative staff.
  • Strong clinical skills and sound decision-making capabilities.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 40 hours per week
