An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse experienced in Interventional Radiology to support a dynamic healthcare team in a high-acuity setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team in an environment handling 50-60 patients daily.
• Utilize clinical expertise to manage patient work-up, procedure support, and recovery phases in a Level I Trauma, teaching hospital.
• Operate departmental technology including EPIC EMR, iSTAT, and point-of-care testing equipment.
• Participate in holiday coverage as required, maintaining consistent shift assignments during the 13-week contract.
• Uphold department standards with adherence to Navy Blue scrubs and policies promoting teamwork and clinical excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current RN licensure with at least 1 year of clinical experience; first-time travelers welcome.
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS.
• Proficient communication skills and ability to function well within a diverse team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high patient acuity.
• Experience or strong interest in interventional radiology nursing preferred.

Schedule:

• 8-hour day shifts, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours/week.
• No weekend rotations; consistent day shifts as per contract.
• Call responsibilities shared equitably among team members.
