- Ability to independently manage 5 patients per shift

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, independent nursing care to orthopedic patients on a surgical unit with 20 beds
- Perform key procedures such as dressing changes and aspirations
- Collaborate with a team comprising charge nurses and fellow RNs to maintain a safe and effective patient ratio of 1 nurse per 5 patients
- Contribute to a positive unit culture focused on teamwork and excellent patient experience
- Utilize Meditech EMR for accurate documentation and communication
Schedule:
- Night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM
- Contract position with flexible assignment duration options
