RN Med Surg | Boston, Massachusetts

Seeking a Registered Nurse with Medical-Surgical experience for a dynamic night shift position in Boston, MA. This contract opportunity is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient conditions and coordinate treatments in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient information accurately and promptly
• Respond to patient needs during night shifts and manage emergency situations effectively

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with Medical-Surgical experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with a schedule of 3 shifts per week (7:15 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.)
• Willingness to work every other weekend and participate in rotating holiday coverage
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Schedule:

• 36 hours per week
• 3x 12-hour night shifts (7:15 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.)
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays
