Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized nursing plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Collaborate with ancillary departments to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and hospital service standards.
- Utilize medical equipment including Alaris IV pumps, Kangaroo pumps, and Nova Meters.
- Adapt to unit float needs as required and maintain professional accountability.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid RN License eligible for or currently licensed in Missouri.
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient Med Surg nursing experience.
- BLS certification from AHA required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends per schedule.
- Commitment to wearing facility-approved black scrubs and maintaining professional appearance.
