Medical-Surgical Nurse (RN) - Glendale, Arizona

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care on medical-surgical and telemetry units.
• Manage and titrate drips accurately and safely.
• Float frequently to a sister facility to support staffing needs.
• Demonstrate proficiency in dysrhythmia recognition and management.
• Successfully complete a pass/fail simulation lab on the first day of orientation.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active RN license in Arizona or a compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam (maximum two attempts).
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved declination with supporting documentation.
