Unit Overview:

• 29-bed medical-surgical unit with patient-to-nurse ratios of 6:1
• Supported by Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs), no dedicated unit secretary
• Equipment includes PCA pumps, IV pumps, and telemetry monitors
• Uses Meditech Expanse for electronic documentation
• Scheduling requires availability every other weekend
• Floating to other units may be requested
• Emphasis on bedside care conferences and safety rounding for high patient care standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current RN license with at least 1 year of acute care experience
• Proficient in dysrhythmia recognition and management
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Comfortable using PCA and IV pump technology, telemetry monitoring
• Professional appearance and adherence to a clean, non-scrub dress code
