Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with a focus on telemetry monitoring.
- Conduct thorough assessments and recognize changes in patient conditions promptly.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
- Perform specialty procedures such as PICC line removal and vas cath/temp cath removal.
- Engage in hourly rounding, bedside shift reporting, and patient experience initiatives.
- Adapt to floating assignments across various units as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical record systems.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current RN licensure with strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills.
- Certification in BLS and ACLS required.
- Proficient in telemetry rhythm interpretation.
- Ability to multitask and manage stressful situations effectively.

Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour shifts (7 AM – 7 PM), every other weekend.
