Med-Surg Nurse (RN) - Marquette, MI

Provide skilled nursing care as a Registered Nurse with a Master’s degree, delivering exceptional patient-centered services in a diverse clinical environment. This contract opportunity is based in Marquette, MI, a vibrant community in the heart of Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in specialty areas including heart and vascular, cancer, brain and spine, rehab, behavioral health, digestive health, bariatric medicine, women’s health, and pediatrics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation following best practices and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with a Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Clinical experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
