Medical-Surgical RN in Natchez, MS

A nursing opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Medical-Surgical experience in Natchez, MS. This 13-week contract position offers an engaging night shift schedule, providing care in a dynamic hospital environment. The role begins as soon as possible, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Permanent address located more than 50 miles from the facility.
• Able to wear royal blue scrubs as part of the professional dress code.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on a medical-surgical unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain patient safety standards.
• Support patient and family education regarding care plans.

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift hours from 7:15 PM to 7:15 AM.
