Role Highlights:
- Care for patients receiving chemotherapy, biotherapies, stem cell transplants, and CAR-T therapies in a 36-bed unit expanding to 51 beds soon.
- Work with a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Utilize Epic charting in a supportive environment with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 3-4:1.
- Engage in rotating shifts, including nights, providing continuity and comprehensive care.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in BMT or hematology/oncology nursing required.
- Active CO or Compact RN license.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Oncology Nursing Certification (ONC) is a must.
- Flexibility to float within the unit scope as needed.
- Weekend work required based on unit needs.
- First-time BMT/Oncology nurses with relevant acute experience are welcome.
Schedule:
- Rotating shifts without straight nights or days requests.
- Night shifts available: 3 shifts of 12 hours (7 PM to 7 AM).
