Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert medical-surgical nursing care with a focus on oncology patients
- Administer chemotherapy treatments in accordance with certified protocols
- Utilize Meditech EMR for accurate charting and patient documentation
- Collaborate with a strong charge nurse team to support onboarding and daily care activities
- Perform vital signs monitoring at prescribed intervals, including more frequent checks for remote telemetry patients
- Communicate promptly with care team members through a dedicated nursing smartphone system
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license with valid Med/Surg experience required
- Oncology or chemotherapy certification preferred
- ACLS certification is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a primary nursing care model and work effectively in a team-driven environment
