Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry readings, identifying changes in condition promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety and accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatments, conditions, and discharge instructions
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records following compliance standards
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with Telemetry and Medical-Surgical experience
