Medical-Surgical Nurse (RN) | Rock Island, Illinois

A registered nurse with advanced clinical skills is needed to provide high-quality patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current RN license
• Strong clinical skills in various nursing procedures

• Flexibility to float across units within the discipline

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide direct patient care using professional nursing knowledge
• Manage and document patient care effectively in EPIC EMR

• Participate in orientation and ongoing training sessions

Schedule/Hours:

• Standard schedule includes 36-40 hours weekly, with overtime applicable after 40 hours
• Includes night, holiday, and callback shifts with additional compensation
