A skilled Registered Nurse with Med/Surg and Telemetry experience is needed for a contract opportunity in Salisbury, NC. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong clinical background, eager to provide quality patient care in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to patients with diverse diagnoses, including stroke, respiratory illnesses, renal failure, and wound care
- Perform cardiac rhythm interpretation and manage cardiac drips such as Cardizem and Amiodarone
- Manage PIV starts, central lines, drains, and tubes effectively
- Collaborate with CNA staff for ADLs, mobility, and feeding assistance
- Utilize Epic EMR system and related hospital technology proficiently
- Provide attentive patient monitoring and document care accurately
- Operate within scope of practice and participate in regional floating as needed with compensation for travel time
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid RN licensure with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing experience
- Competency in cardiac telemetry and wound/drain care
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Comfortable handling diverse patient populations and critical situations
