• Participate in patient rehabilitation programs, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Initiate discharge planning and patient education early to support smooth transitions.
• Communicate changes in patient status to physicians, charge nurses, and care providers to ensure continuity and safety.
• Supervise and direct ancillary nursing personnel, effectively delegating tasks and fostering teamwork.
