  • Participate actively in patient rehabilitation programs and prioritize patient and family education.
  • Initiate discharge planning from admission and deliver patient teaching accordingly.
  • Communicate changes in patient status effectively among healthcare providers to maintain continuity and safety.
  • Supervise and guide ancillary nursing personnel, promoting effective delegation and team function.
  • Maintain personal and environmental safety in compliance with hospital policies.
  • Support a positive work atmosphere through calm leadership and team-building efforts.
  • Manage resources cost-effectively while ensuring quality patient outcomes.
  • Take charge responsibility as needed following orientation.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and self-directed learning.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current RN licensure.
