• Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Initiate discharge planning and patient education from the day of admission.

• Supervise and provide guidance to ancillary nursing staff, ensuring proper delegation and prioritization.
• Maintain safety protocols for personal, patient, and environmental wellbeing.
• Participate actively in team-building activities and contribute to a positive unit environment.

• Assume charge responsibilities post-orientation as needed.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
