Medical-Surgical RN in Webster, NY

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive nursing care on the Cardiac Medical/Telemetry unit, supporting patients through their recovery.
• Manage patient assessments, interventions, and documentation using EPIC charting systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care tailored to patients’ needs.
• Maintain flexibility by floating to other units as required and participating in charge nurse duties with provided training.
• Comply with facility scheduling needs, including working holidays and weekend shifts regularly.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active New York State RN license with current NIH, AHA, and BLS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year recent acute med-surg/telemetry nursing experience; preferred 2 years.
• For international candidates, at least 2 years of U.S. nursing experience is required.
• Strong adaptability to fluctuating schedules and unit assignments.
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.

Schedule:

• Night shifts: 12 hours (7 PM to 7 AM)
• 36 to 48 hours per week available
• One weekend shift per week or every other weekend two shifts
• Required to work at least one holiday during the contract
