Deliver specialized care and make a lasting impact with this opportunity in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This role is perfect for experienced registered nurses who are passionate about providing exceptional care to some of the most vulnerable patients and their families.

Schedule:

  • 36 hours per week

Qualifications:

  • Active and unencumbered RN license
  • Current certifications: BLS, PALS, and NRP
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience working as a NICU RN
  • Proficiency with EPIC charting system
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medication, and collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize clinical outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with families, providing education and emotional support
  • Accurately document patient status, interventions, and progress in EPIC
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times

Additional Details:

  • Assignment duration is 16 weeks
  • Dress code: Any color scrubs are acceptable
