Schedule:
- 36 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Current certifications: BLS, PALS, and NRP
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience working as a NICU RN
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU
- Monitor vital signs, administer medication, and collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize clinical outcomes
- Communicate effectively with families, providing education and emotional support
- Accurately document patient status, interventions, and progress in EPIC
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times
Additional Details:
- Assignment duration is 16 weeks
- Dress code: Any color scrubs are acceptable
