Travel Neonatal ICU (NICU) Registered Nurse in Lakeville, MN

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU, monitoring vital signs and responding to medical needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Utilize specialized equipment to support and stabilize neonatal patients.
• Educate and support families during the care process, providing clear communication and compassion.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards within the NICU environment.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with neonatal or NICU specialization.
• Experience in neonatal and perinatal nursing preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Schedule and Assignment Details

• 12-hour shifts covering days and nights.
• Weekend rotation every other week.
• Full-time Equivalent (FTE) options available: 0.9 or 1.2.
• Assignment length: 8 weeks.
• Travel assignment with flexibility to relocate.
