An experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse is sought for a travel assignment in Ankeny, IA, near Des Moines. This opportunity is ideal for a professional with a strong background in circulating nursing within surgical environments, prepared to work across diverse surgical specialties.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of current OR nursing experience.
  • Proficient in circulating; scrub experience is a plus but not required.
  • Skilled in General Surgery, Robotics, Pediatrics, and Trauma cases.
  • Additional experience in Neuro, Orthopedics (especially trauma), Gynecology, Urology, Transplants, Plastics, ENT, and Vascular surgeries is advantageous.
  • Recent experience (within 3 years) with EPIC EMR system.
  • Level I trauma center experience preferred.
  • Candidates must have completed at least one travel nursing assignment in the last 12 months; no first-time travelers accepted.
