Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and operating room staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
  • Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in patient condition
  • Prepare sterile equipment and maintain a clean and organized operating environment
  • Educate patients and their families about preoperative and postoperative care

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid RN licensure with experience in Operating Room nursing
  • Strong knowledge of surgical protocols and sterile techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and within multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Commitment to maintaining patient dignity and safety during procedures
