Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms by acquiring and arranging surgical instruments and supplies
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and other team members during operations
- Maintain sterile fields and ensure adherence to infection control protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes during surgical procedures
- Provide post-operative care instructions and ensure patient comfort
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current and valid RN license with Operating Room experience
- Proficiency in surgical nursing protocols and OR technology
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
