OR Nurse (RN) - Evansdale, Iowa

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff to ensure patient safety and care quality
• Maintain sterile environments and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and standards
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Participate in call rotations including overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage, supporting continuous care

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour shifts: 06:00 – 18:30
• 9-hour shifts: 09:00 – 18:30
• 10-hour shifts: 08:00 – 18:30
• Holiday and weekend call responsibilities as part of the rotation
• Block schedules are not guaranteed

Qualifications:

• Valid RN licensure with Operating Room experience
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and operating room protocols
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
