Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent service to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers aligned with service excellence standards.
- Assess patient needs through history, observation, physical examination, and analysis of diagnostic data.
- Delegate, supervise, and evaluate team members while managing urgent or emergent interventions.
- Deliver nursing interventions according to the Plan of Care and physician-prescribed medical plans.

- Participate willingly in assigned on-call schedules.
Qualifications and Experience:
