This opportunity is ideal for a Registered Nurse with expertise in the Operating Room seeking a contract position. The role requires a minimum of two years’ experience in the OR, along with current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Candidates should have a permanent address located more than 50 miles from the facility's location. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality surgical nursing care in the Operating Room
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain sterile fields and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and status throughout surgery
- Document surgical interventions and patient responses accurately
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Current RN licensure with at least 2 years of OR nursing experience
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Permanent address located over 50 miles from the facility
Schedule / Hours:
- Dayshift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
