This opportunity is ideal for a Registered Nurse with expertise in the Operating Room seeking a contract position. The role requires a minimum of two years’ experience in the OR, along with current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Candidates should have a permanent address located more than 50 miles from the facility's location. This position offers a chance to bring your specialized nursing skills to a supportive healthcare environment on a flexible contract basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality surgical nursing care in the Operating Room
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams before, during, and after procedures
  • Maintain sterile fields and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and status throughout surgery
  • Document surgical interventions and patient responses accurately

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

  • Current RN licensure with at least 2 years of OR nursing experience
  • Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Permanent address located over 50 miles from the facility

Schedule / Hours:

  • Dayshift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
