Key Responsibilities:
- Providing perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
- Supporting surgical teams in Orthopedics, General Surgery, Endo-Vascular, Urgent Care, and Obstetrics as needed.
- Adhering to health system-wide profile standards and complying with safety protocols.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.
- Preferred experience in Orthopedics, General Surgery, Endo-Vascular procedures, Urgent Care, or Obstetrics.
- Current Michigan RN license verification is mandatory; applicants should provide LARA and Nursys details.
- Completion of a skills checklist within the last year for nursing specialties.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
