Location

Schedule/Hours

  • Monday through Friday
  • 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a startup home infusion care location with a focus on patient acquisition and clinical excellence
  • Provide direct patient care in home settings initially, transitioning to supervisory and administrative oversight
  • Oversee nursing staff performance, clinical operations, and administrative functions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance programs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Mentor and support nursing staff through professional development and performance management

Qualifications / Desired Experience

  • Registered Nurse licensure with a minimum of five years of experience practicing within the RN scope
  • At least two years of management experience in home infusion therapy, home health, or a related healthcare organization
  • Minimum two years supervising nursing professionals and clinical staff
  • Demonstrated ability to lead both clinical and administrative personnel effectively
  • Strong leadership skills with proven capability to develop startup operations
  • Exceptional clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
