Responsibilities Include:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients with cardiac conditions in a CVICU setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac status, responding promptly to changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and update care plans.
• Educate patients’ families on care procedures and post-discharge instructions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.

Desired Qualifications / Experience:

• Current RN licensure with a focus in Pediatrics and critical care.
• Experience in Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) nursing essential.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Familiarity with advanced equipment used in cardiac critical care.
