Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to psychiatric patients, ensuring safety and effective therapeutic interventions
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in mental or physical health status
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Participate in patient education and family support as appropriate

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with psychiatric nursing experience
• ACLS certification required within 60 days of start; PALS certification required within 90 days of start
• Strong assessment, communication, and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Fit testing will be provided onsite for all travelers
