Qualifications • Required active Arkansas or multistate nursing license • BLS certification • Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an acute care setting such as inpatient rehab, MS, ICU, PCU, or emergency department • Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Responsibilities • Deliver specialized nursing care to patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans • Monitor patient progress and adjust care as necessary during night shifts (6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.) • Document patient conditions and treatments accurately • Uphold safety and infection control protocols
