Providing specialized nursing care in rehabilitation and long-term care settings, this opportunity focuses on delivering exceptional patient support during night shifts in an inpatient rehab environment. This contract position spans 13 weeks, beginning either April 20th or April 27th, with shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, including every other weekend, perfect for nurses seeking structured night hours.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Arkansas RN license or a multistate license valid in AR
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience in acute care settings such as Inpatient Rehabilitation, Medical-Surgical, ICU, PCU, or Emergency Department
  • Residence located more than 50 miles from the facility

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients within inpatient rehab units, ensuring safety and quality of care
  • Monitor patient progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and facility protocols
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to respond to patient needs during overnight hours
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
