Stepdown RN - Detroit, Michigan

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a stepdown unit setting, delivering expert assessment and coordination for patients requiring intermediate care between ICU and general wards. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in stepdown or progressive care nursing preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

• Knowledge of nursing processes including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
