Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a progressive care unit (PCU).
  • Monitor patient status closely and respond promptly to changes in condition.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in unit-based nursing, preferably in stepdown or PCU settings.
  • Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently during night shifts.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Schedule and Commitment:

  • Night shifts, 12 hours each.
  • Guaranteed 36 hours per week.
