A registered nurse role is available on a critical care step-down unit in Noblesville, IN. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a specialized environment focusing on critically ill cardiac and ICU patients. If you have experience with ventilators and titratable drips, and hold ACLS certification, this role could be a great match.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

  • Current RN licensure
  • 2+ years of experience in critical care or similar settings
  • ACLS certification required
  • Proficiency with ventilator management and titratable drip medications
  • Experience within ICU or step-down units preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Location Details: This position is based in Noblesville, Indiana, a vibrant city known for its charming downtown area, diverse dining, and strong community spirit. Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Provide nursing care to critically ill patients in a 16-bed step-down unit
  • Maintain a patient ratio of 1:2, ensuring attentive and quality care
  • Manage ventilators and administer titratable drips accurately
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols
  • Participate in unit float assignments as needed

Schedule / Hours:

  • Every other weekend coverage, Friday and Saturday nights
  • 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM shifts
  • Guaranteed 36 hours per week
  • No call requirements; holiday coverage as needed
