Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neuro stepdown patients in a Post-Cardiac Unit (PCU) setting.
• Monitor patient conditions closely using neurological scoring systems such as NIHSS.
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status and nursing actions.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in stepdown or progressive care nursing, specifically neuro critical care.
